Cervical facet joint injection
Injection of local anaesthetic and steroid into or around the facet joints on the right and/or left side of the spine in the neck for non-specific neck pain. Pain can also be referred into the shoulder girdle, shoulder, upper arm, between the shoulder blades, upper neck and base of skull.
